“Having seen many events from the other side, I know organising rooms are never easy. So thanks for everything you did.Going by the first speaker, I think it is safe to say I wasn’t the only nervous one up on the stage. Thanks a lot for your help on the day and for the kind, reassuring words”

Paul Ebbs

Director Umstot Solutions Ireland

“Great presentation content and excellent speakers at the Enterprise Excellence Ireland Lean Management Conference in Croke Park, 900 attendees is an impressive number. Lots of great conversations and really impressed by the level of Lean Leadership from the C-Level presentations I attended. Well done to all involved in organising this and especially the Box Media team.”

Adrian Mulholland

Director & CFO, Vilicom

“This was a fantastic opportunity for Vilicom to share our Lean journey with others. We are always learning and our Lean experience and support through Enterprise Ireland has now evolved into something special. It was wonderful to share this and also to hear other companies journeys as well. Ireland is a small country but I strongly believe that through best practice applications like Lean there is no reason why we cannot all become large players and on a Global scale”

Paul Bissett

Lean Champion CARAGH PRECISION

we all really enjoyed the event .It seems to get better year on year. The quality and diversity of the speakers was fantastic. The delegates that came along with me were invigorated as was I. The talks that stood out for me were Toyota and De Puy. I was really interested to hear the challenges that Toyota face with the inevitable change over from the conventional combustion engine to the hybrid and electric models. It was interesting to see how they are using traditional Lean tools along side the emerging digital interfaces. The De Puy talk also stood out as he explained that they could not get funding from head quarters as they were not performing to the level they needed to. They used Lean tools and techniques to great advantage with excellent results. The last thing I always come away with from these talks is that every company is different and it is about selecting the correct tools for the project you are working on and finally that it is (continuous improvement).
