Experienced Professional in best practice deployment in lean Six Sigma, Asset management, TPM and Class A in Manufacturing and Transactional processes.
Ger’s primary Degree is in Industrial Chemistry and has a PhD in chemistry from UL. He is also an experienced Master Black Belt.
He has ran & mentored hundreds of improvement projects since 2006 so learned a lot about what works (and doesn’t!) in real life situations. He transferred this experience into tailored green belt, Problem Solving and TPM programs which he delivered in multiple locations.
Ger’s key strengths are in problem solving, detailed data analysis capabilities combined with clarity of communication, facilitation, and ability to interact with people at all levels of the business.
His interests outside of work include his family, Mountain biking, Dogs, Philosophy and anything outdoors.

James Martin – CI Facilitator – Atlantic Aviation Group
James has over 35 years’ experience in the aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul sector and is currently a continuous improvement facilitator at Atlantic Aviation Group. Transitioning from licenced aircraft engineer into the continuous improvement field 15 years ago, James has extensive knowledge and experience of Lean tools and implementation. James developed the Lufthansa Technik global standard Visual Management System and has led the evolution of Visual Management in aviation MRO in Europe, America, and China.
In addition to his full-time employment at Atlantic Aviation Group, James is expected to graduate with a Masters in Lean Sigma from University of Limerick in 2025.
